Sapir Malkiel is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department.
Sapir represents Israeli and international companies across all stages of growth, as well as venture capital funds, private investment funds, and individual entrepreneurs, in a broad spectrum of domestic and cross-border transactions.
Her practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, joint ventures, strategic collaborations, and technology and commercial transactions.
In addition, Sapir provides her clients with ongoing legal counsel on corporate and securities matters.
