Lior Simon is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.
Lior advises international and local clients, including venture capital and private equity funds and private and public hi-tech companies in all phases of their development, from new start-ups to publicly traded companies, on such issues as establishment, corporate finance and M&A transactions. Moreover, Lior advises Israeli companies listed in the U.S. on such matters as disclosure obligations, corporate governance and capital raising, inter alia.
