Biography
Yona Schwebel is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities groups.
Yona advises entrepeneurs, startups, tech companies and venture capital funds in all stages of their life cycle in such areas as capital raising and mergers and acquisitions, inter alia. Yona works closely with and provides ongoing legal advice to startups as well as startup investors and entrepreneurs.
