Mika Fait is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department.
Mika represents startups and mature technology companies through all phases of their development, incorporation through ongoing operations, commercial agreements, equity and debt financing and M&A transactions. In addition, Mika represents venture capital funds, private and strategic investors and corporations in M&A, equity investment and other business transactions. Mika’s work focuses on Israeli startups active in the North American markets and US investors investing in Israeli startups.
