Ofer Dolinsky is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Ofer’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on high-tech and technology.

Ofer advises companies, entrepreneurs and investors on diverse commercial and corporate matters. His practice includes providing ongoing legal counseling during the life cycle of the business, from initial planning and formation, through its ongoing activities. These include: licensing, fund raising, investments and acquisition. In addition, Ofer has extensive experience representing technological incubators operating in the framework of the Technological Incubators Program administrated by the Israel Innovation Authority, as well as, entrepreneurs and start-ups admitted into technological incubators.
