Our team

Michal Arad Feiner is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.
Michal advises international and domestic companies, including venture capital funds and technological companies through all phases of their development, starting from of establishment to capital raising, mergers and acquisitions. Her practice includes, inter alia, complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, drafting and negotiating technology and commercial transactions and capital financing. In addition, Michal provides ongoing legal consultation to clients on Israeli corporate and securities law.

Prior to joining Meitar, Michal served as a teaching and research assistant at Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law.
