Lior Shenhav is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.
Lior represents international and Israeli companies, including Hi-Tech companies in all phases of their development, venture capital funds, private equity funds and individual investors in investments, M&A transactions, joint ventures and commercial transactions.
Moreover, Lior provides ongoing legal consultation to clients on the Israeli corporate and securities law.
