Avi Berk is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Avi provides ongoing legal advice to publicly traded corporations, on a broad range of corporate and securities matters, mainly in the field of the Israeli capital market, including matters related to corporate governance and company secretarial, corporate decision-making and equity and debt offerings on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
