Hedvat Yanko Wollman is a partner in the firm’s Labor and Employment Law Group.

Hedvat represents local and international corporations in labor-related litigation before the labor courts, the High Court of Justice, arbitrators and mediators and in proceedings before the Appointee of Women Labor, the Ministry of Economy, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the State Comptroller.

In addition, Hedvat provides pre-litigation advice to clients, in order to reduce their exposure to legal proceedings.

Hedvat advises the firm’s clients on ongoing employment matters, including termination, discrimination, labor union issues and breaches of non-disclosure or non-competition agreements.

Hedvat also has extensive experience in handling cases involving sexual harassment, and she often lectures on this subject.

Hedvat completed a mediation course of the Israel Bar Association and she is a member of the bar’s Labor Law Forum.
