Biography
Sarabeth Weisel is an associate in the firm’s Tax and Corporate and Securities Groups.
Sarabeth advises clients on the U.S.-related and international tax issues, pertaining to investments and other transactions, including corporations and high net worth families and individuals. Sarabeth also has experience in advising on alternative investments and private investment funds with respect to fund formation, structuring and ongoing representation and secondary transactions.
Prior to joining Meitar, Sarabeth worked as an associate in the New York office of Ropes & Gray LLP.
