Adi Shachar is a partner in the firm’s Hotels and Leisure group.

Adi is a commercial lawyer with particular experience in the hotel and tourism industry, representing hotel chains, hotel owners and management companies with regard to management/ lease agreements and branded residence agreements, construction and renovation of real estate,  including drafting hotel management agreements and negotiating contracts with suppliers, service providers, contractors and commercial lessors. Adi also advises on all operational legal issues arising during the full hotel project lifecycle.

Adi also lectures at a number of higher education institutions, including the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where she teaches a course on Hotel and Tourism Law as part of the Hotel, Food & Tourism Management program.
