Lilach Shacham Kaneti is a partner in the firm’s Employment and Benefits Group.

Lilach advises local and international corporations, companies and venture funds on a wide range of labor law matters, including employment and pension agreements, employee benefits, expansion orders, engagements with service providers and employment agencies, termination procedures, retirement agreements, prevention of sexual harassment and employment of employees with disabilities.

Lilach also represents clients on employment law aspects of commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments.
