Biography
Tomer Sela is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.
Tomer’s practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions (including public and private transactions), capital markets, corporate financing (equity and debt), private investment funds and private equity. Tomer also advises publicly traded companies with respect to a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including on corporate governance, shareholder affairs and securities matters.

- Representation of Amdocs Limited (NASDAQ: DOX) in various acquisition transactions.
- Representation of Poalim Equity Ltd. (direct investments arm of Bank Ha’Poalim B.M. Ltd., one of Israel’s largest banks) in various investment transactions in privatley held (both in Israel and outside Israel) companies and in private investment funds.
- Representation of Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: UCTT) in its US$ 900 million acquisition of Ham-Let (Israel Canada) Ltd. (a TASE listed company).
- Representation of ASTC Asia Service Trade Control Pte, Ltd. in the sale of the controlling stake in Ari (Investments) Real Estate, Ltd. (a TASE listed company).
- Representation of Vdoo Connected Trust Ltd. in its sale to Jfrog Ltd. (NASDAQ: FROG).
- Representation of Guardicore Ltd. in its sale to Akamai Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: AKAM).
- Representation of CEVA, Inc. (NASDAQ: CEVA) in various acquisition transactions.
- Representation of Bitan Wines Ltd., a privately held supermarket chain, in its NIS 350 million cash acquisition of Kima’t Hinam, a publicly held supermarket chain.
- Representation of Oil Refineries Ltd. (ORL-BAZAN) in a merger with Carmel Olefins in an NIS 1.5 billion share exchange transaction.
- Representation of Altice Group in various transactions in Israel, including the acquisition of Hot Telecommunication Systems Ltd.
- Representation of Nextferm Technologies in its initial public offering on the TASE.
