Vered Lapushin is a partner in the firm’s Tax Group.

Vered advises clients on tax aspects of a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity based plans, financing, restructuring and tax assessments.

Vered assists clients with respect to tax rulings issued by the Israel Tax Authority on a wide range of tax matters, including restructuring, equity incentives and tax withholding arrangements.

Prior to joining Meitar, Vered served as a tax manager at the tax department of EY Certified Public Accountants.
