Our team

Ori Kaufman is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Ori specializes in the representation of early-stage and mature startups, providing legal and business advice to entrepreneurs, startups and investors from early stages and throughout their lifecycle.

Ori also represents reputable Israeli VCs, strategic investors, angel investors and established technology companies in a wide range of international and domestic business transactions, including M&A transactions, venture capital investments, strategic investments, joint ventures, debt and equity financings and various commercial transactions.

Ori further provides advice to international and domestic clients with respect to a broad range of corporate, employment, intellectual property and compensation matters.

In addition, since 2018 Ori teaches a workshop on mergers and acquisitions in the Bar-Ilan University Faculty of Law, together with Mr. Dan Geva a senior partner in our firm.
