Our team

Hadar Kapah is a Partner in the firm’s Labor and Employment Department.
Hadar specializes in labor and employment law and primarily represents Israeli and international companies in employment-related disputes before all judicial instances, as well as in arbitrations, mediations, and proceedings before various regulatory authorities, including the Employment Committee at the Ministry of Defense, the Commissioner for Women’s Employment, the Ministry of Economy, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

In addition, Hadar provides the firm’s clients with ongoing advice on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including termination of employment (including of senior executives), discrimination, employee organization and unionization, breaches of confidentiality and non-compete agreements, drafting and negotiating employment agreements, consulting agreements and services agreements, employees’ rights and terms of employment, prevention of sexual harassment, and the employment of persons with disabilities.

Prior to joining the firm, Hadar served as a judicial clerk at the Labor Court and as Head of the Labor and Employment Law Unit at the Israel Tax Authority’s headquarters.
