Judith Gal-Or is a partner in the firm’s Banking and Finance Group, as well as the Corporate Group. Judith specializes in the areas of banking, commercial loans and project finance and in mergers and acquisitions, including related regulatory issues.

Judith has in-depth knowledge in the areas of banking and financing and extensive experience in representing banking corporations, insurance companies and other financial institutions in a wide range of complex high-value financing transactions, including loan syndications, debt arrangements and other financing facilities such as securitization and purchase and sale of large credit portfolios.

Judith also advises various banking and financial institutions in matters relating to banking, financing and related regulatory issues and provides them with legal counsel on an ongoing basis.

Additionally, Judith has extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions and in representing leading private and public corporations and financial institutions in large scale acquisitions and sales of companies, spin-offs and other commercial transactions covering a broad scope of issues.
