Nili Fishman is an associate in the firm’s Employment and Benefits Group.

Nili advises domestic and international corporations and venture capital funds on a wide range of labor law-related matters, including employee recruitment, employment and consulting agreements, employee benefits (both employment and termination) and termination procedures, and represents clients before the competent authorities in connection with the dismissal of protected employees.

Nili also represents clients on labor and employment law-related aspects of commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments.
Before joining Meitar, Nili engaged in the financial regulation of institutional investors, providing consulting services to the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority.
