Nathalie Yael Alalouf is a partner in the firm’s Banking and Finance Groups.

Nathalie specializes in the field of banking and finance and has experience in representing financial institutions, such as banks and insurance companies, as well as representing non-bank financial institutions in complex high-value financing transactions, including real estate financing transactions and sales of credit portfolios. Nathalie also advises banks and financial institutions on regulatory issues.
