Shai Adelson is aSenior Associate in the firm’s Tax Group.

Shai advises clients on tax aspects in a wide variety of International and Israeli matters, including mergers and acquisitions transactions, restructuring and tax rulings.

Prior to joining Meitar, Shai worked as an International tax consultant at EY Israel.
