Representation of the Tel Aviv Municipality in a petition to the High Court of Justice

Our firm represented the Tel Aviv-Jaffa Municipality in a petition to the High Court of Justice regarding the opening of grocery stores in the city on Saturdays. In her final ruling as Supreme Court Chief Justice, Justice Naor ruled that it will be permitted to open businesses in Tel Aviv on Saturdays. The High Court of Justice rejected the petition filed by the Association of Merchants and the Self-Employed for a further hearing against the decision permitting the opening of grocery stores in Tel Aviv on Saturday.
