Our firm represented the Tel Aviv-Jaffa Municipality in a petition to the High Court of Justice regarding the opening of grocery stores in the city on Saturdays. In her final ruling as Supreme Court Chief Justice, Justice Naor ruled that it will be permitted to open businesses in Tel Aviv on Saturdays.
