Meitar represented Magento Inc. a leading open source ecommerce platform, in its acquisition by eBay.

Meitar represented Fundtech Ltd., a leading provider of software and services to banks of all sizes around the world in its acquisition by GTCR, a leading private equity firm, for approximately $390 million. The merger agreement was signed after Fundtech terminated its merger agreement with S1 Corporation.

Meitar represented Gazit-Globe (TASE: GLOB; NYSE: GZT), one of the largest owners and operators of supermarket-anchored shopping centers in the world, in its initial public offering in the New York Stock Exchange.

Meitar represented Amdocs in its acquisition of Bridgewater Systems Corporation a publicly held provider of policy management and network control solutions for approximately $215 million.

Meitar represented MobileAccess a leading provider of wireless network solutions in its acquisition by Corning Inc. for approximately $175 million.

Meitar represented Kibbutz Magal one of the shareholders of Netafim, in the sale of a controlling interest in Netafim Ltd. to Permira Fund, one of the largest European private equity funds.

Meitar represented JP Morgan and Barclays Capital as underwriters of the $84 million public offering of ordinary shares by Orbotech on Nasdaq.
