Daniel Zach is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.
Daniel advises international and domestic public and private companies on securities-related matters, as well as corporate and general commercial law. Daniel’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, particularly mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and public offerings in the U.S. and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Daniel also advises Israeli companies registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on matters pertinent to their disclosure obligations, corporate governance and securities offerings.
