Noam Tzabar is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group, specializing in M&A, technologies and venture capital.

Noam provides legal advice to both Israeli and international clients, including private and public companies, venture capital funds and technology companies at all stages of their development in a broad range of legal matters and transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, financing and providing ongoing legal advice to the companies in all matters related to corporate and securities law. Prior to joining Meitar, Noam served as the legal counsel of the Alrov Group, one of the leading real estate companies in Israel.
