Yael Teperman Kahana is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.
Yael represents international and Israeli companies, including Hi-Tech companies in all phases of their development, venture capital funds, private equity funds and individual investors in M&A transactions, venture capital investment and commercial transactions.
In addition, Yael provides ongoing legal advice to clients on Israeli corporate and securities law.
