Shir Tapuchi is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Shir specializes in a wide range of international and domestic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and debt financing, joint ventures, and strategic collaborations. Additionally, Shir provides legal advice to international and domestic clients, including venture capital funds and technology companies at all stages of their development.
