Danielle Steifman is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.
Danielle advises international and domestic companies, including venture capital funds and technological companies, in all stages of their development, in matters of establishment, capital raising, mergers, and acquisitions.
In addition, Danielle provides ongoing legal consultation to clients on Israeli corporate and securities law.
