Michael Solomon is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.
Michael represents international and Israeli companies, including high-tech companies, in all phases of their development, venture capital funds, private equity funds, and individual investors in M&A transactions, venture capital investments, and commercial transactions. In addition, Michael provides ongoing legal advice to clients on Israeli corporate and securities law. Furthermore, Michael has rich and unique experience of more than a decade in strategy, crisis management, negotiations, communication, and marketing, as well as regulation, legislation, and intersectoral and international cooperation between the public and private sectors. This expertise stems from his previous roles, including serving as the head of crisis management at one of Israel’s largest strategy and communication firms and as the spokesperson and advisor to the Minister of Economy and Industry in Israel.
