Lior Shlossberg is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Lior advises international and domestic companies, including venture capital funds and technology companies in all phases of their development, from new start-ups to large international organizations. Her practice includes venture capital transactions, drafting and negotiating technology and commercial transactions, cross-border M&As and capital financing.
