Tammy Sand is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group. Tammy regularly advises large financial corporations, including financial corporations, on regulatory and corporate governance matters, as well as on various commercial matters. Tammy also has extensive experience advising on administrative enforcement matters.

Prior to joining Meitar, Tammy held management positions in banking corporations and capital market firms for over 20 years. Among other positions, she served as head of securities and financial consultants at Bank of Jerusalem; head of financial consultants at Bank Mizrahi Tefahot; VP of securities and financial derivatives at Excellence Nessua Investment House and Investment Manager at “Gmulot,” a subsidiary of Bank Hapoalim.
