Our team

Alon Priver is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Alon advises international and domestic companies, including venture capital funds and technology companies in all stages of their development on matters of establishment, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing and commercial transactions. Moreover, Alon provides ongoing legal advice on corporate and securities matters.

In addition to his internship at Meitar, Alon served as an articled clerk at the office of the Deputy Attorney General (Economic Law) of the Israeli Ministry of Justice.
