Biography
Hagai Platin is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.
Hagai advises domestic and international clients, among them venture capital and private equity funds, private and public companies in all phases of their development on various issues relating to the establishment, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, focusing on technology companies. Moreover, he advises entrepreneurs and corporate on corporate and commercial law and further legal and business matters.
