    Biography

    Dana Peleg-Slobodkin is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Group.

    Dana has extensive experience in a wide range of real estate matters, including representation in large and complex real property transactions. Dana assists clients in handling complex assets share and purchase agreements (such as shopping centers, hotels, logistics centers, manufacturing facilities and office buildings), representing clients in JV, financing, barter and BOT agreements and advising on construction projects from the initial stage of acquisition of the land to the sale and handover of the units.

    Dana has expertise in urban renewal projects, such as TAMA (the national building reinforcement plan) and evacuation-construction, as well as in representing clients in the agricultural sector transactions, such as sale and purchase of agricultural properties, entering into agreements with cooperatives as part of employment generating projects, etc.

    Prior to joining our firm, Dana served as a legal advisor for a leading U.S. investment and development firm, and before that as an associate in a leading Tel Aviv law firm.

    Representative Experience

    • Representation of Bank Hapoalim in one of Israel’s largest real estate transactions, involving a ca. billion NIS, 60,000 m2  in area acquisition of two Tel Aviv office buildings by Bank Hapoalim, used to transfer the entirety of the bank’s headquarters, from Vitania Ltd. and D. M. R. Assets (1995) Ltd.
    • Representation of Sella Capital (REIT) in a number of transactions: the Jerusalem Pisga Mall purchase agreement for NIS 224 mln.; purchase of an office floor and a performing commercial property for NIS 457 mln.; representation of Sella Capital (REIT) in the Ramat Gan Diamond Exchange Paz building purchase and the management company rights purchase transaction for the total of ca. NIS 211 mln.; NIS 115 mln. acquisition of floors in the Tel Aviv Platinum building  from Ravad Ltd.; sale and leaseback agreement as part of Salina Industries manufacturing facility acquisition in Nof Ha-Galil (Nazareth Illit) for ca. NIS 70 mln.; two acquisition transactions (NIS 151 mln. in total) of commercial area (ca. 4,000 m2  in total) and three office floors in the Platinum Tower on Haarbaa Street, Tel Aviv, with a total area of ca. 2,100 m2 .
    • Representation of Broadcom Corporation in a BOT agreement with Tel Aviv University for the construction of a 15,000 m2 in area building within the university campus, by Broadcom.
    • Representation of a municipal corporation in a BOT agreement for the construction and operation of a child development center and daycare centers.
    • Representation of Ezra & Bizaron Housing Company Ltd. in a general contracting tender for planning and development of a new Tel Aviv City Hall office building in the Semel Complex, leading to signing of a contracting agreement with the winning bidder, Danya Cebus Ltd.
    • Representation of Ezra & Bizaron Housing Company Ltd. in a tendering process for the demolition and construction (evacuation-construction) project entailing building of hundreds of residential units across Tel Aviv.
    • Representation of a foreign real estate investment fund in a purchase and option agreement for acquisition of a logistics facility for NIS 100 mln. plus VAT in total and entering into an option exercise agreement.
    • Representation of private companies in their engagement with agricultural cooperatives for the establishment of a joint venture for the development of employment generating projects.
    • Representation of an Osher Ad group company in an option transaction and entering into a sale and purchase agreement, selling a portion of the company’s rights in a property located at Savion Junction, Kiryat Ono, for the development of two office buildings, for ca. NIS 100 mln. in total.
