Shlomi Mizrachi is a Senior Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate group, coordinating its land registration and property rights transfer activities.

Shlomi has vast experience in land registration, specializing in a variety of complicated procedures in this area, such as rights registration, condominium registration, condominium registration orders amendment and parcellation.

Shlomi also has extensive experience working with government agencies and real estate-related regulators, such as the Israel Land Authority, the Land Registry Supervisors Office, the local Land Registry Offices, the Land Taxation Offices and the Engineering and Property departments of various municipal bodies.
