Yael Militscher is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities groups.

Yael advises international and Israeli companies, including venture capital funds and technology companies in all stages of their development on various aspects of incorporation, capital raising, and M&A transactions. In addition, Yael provides ongoing legal advice to companies.
