Lior Medvetzky is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Group.
He represents clients in all types of insolvency proceedings (creditor compositions, initiation of proceedings orders for companies and individuals, receivership, etc.).
In this capacity, Lior provides ongoing advice to the firm’s clients on a range of insolvency-related matters, such as issues related to directors liabilities during insolvency, filing debt claims, overseeing debt recovery procedures as well as drafting and overseeing debt settlements.
