Romi Levin is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.
Romi represents international and Israeli companies in all stages of their development, as well as venture capital funds, private equity funds, and individual entrepreneurs in international and domestic transactions, including M&A transactions, debt and equity financings, joint ventures, strategic collaborations, and technology-related and commercial transactions. In addition, Romi provides ongoing legal advice on corporate and securities matters.
