Gili Levin is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group, Gili represents international and Israeli companies, including hi-tech companies in all phases of their development, from new start-ups to large international corporations. Furthermore, Gili advises venture capital, private equity funds and individual investors on M&A, capital raising, business setup-related and other matters.
