Our team

Shir Golde is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Shir advises international and domestic companies, including venture capital funds and Hi-Tech companies through all stages of their development, starting from inception to capital raising, and mergers and acquisitions.

Moreover, Shir provides ongoing legal advice to corporate clients on Israeli corporate and securities law-related matters.

Prior to joining Meitar, Shir served as a research assistant at Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law.
