Biography
Ilan Farber is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Group.
Ilan represents private corporations, venture capital funds, and private equity funds in corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and venture capital and private equity investments. Ilan also represents private investment funds with respect to matters related to fund formation and structuring.
Prior to joining Meitar, Ilan worked as an associate in the Toronto office of Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP.
