Dana Brody Glass is a Senior Associate in the firm’s corporate group.

Dana is an international corporate lawyer, specializing in advising and representing entrepreneurs, start-ups, investors, technology companies and international corporations active in a variety of fields, including cyber, software, chips, semiconductors, fintech, adtech, pharma, foodtech, biomed and more, both in Israel and abroad. Dana advises clients on all commercial aspects of their day-to-day operations, from company formation to financing and exit. In this capacity, she acquired experience in the M&A field as well as various financing and venture capital transactions.
