Meir Ben Hanan is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.
Meir represents international and Israeli companies, including venture capital funds and technology companies in all stages of their development in M&A transactions, venture capital investments and commercial transactions. Furthermore, Meir provides ongoing legal advice to clients on corporate and securities matters.
