Shir Ben Bassat is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group (the Hi-Tech department).
Shir provides ongoing legal advice to startup companies and venture capital funds, fintech startups and technology companies in all aspects of a startup’s life cycle – from establishment, through ongoing operations, equity financing to commercial and M&A transactions.
