Feigue Bembaron is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Feigue advised international and local companies, including venture capital funds and technology companies in all stages of their development, in matters of establishment, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions. Feigue also provides ongoing legal advice to companies and advises Israeli companies registered with the U.S. Securities. In addition, Feigue serves as a teaching assistant at the School of Business Administration at the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya.
