Dalila Barnatan is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Department.

Dalila advises and specializes in large business commercial transactions worldwide, contract drafting, negotiations in different fields such as intellectual property matters, supply and purchase agreements, cooperation agreements, development and license agreements, etc. Dalila also has extensive experience in corporate matters, M&A transactions, business litigation worldwide and as a company secretary. Prior to joining Meitar, Dalila served as a General Counsel and a Senior Legal Counsel in various large private and governmental companies.
