Shahar Arazi is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group (high tech department).

Shahar represents companies and entrepreneurs through the entire life-cycle of startups – establishment, growth, on-going and strategic decisions, equity and debt funding, commercial transactions (including licensing, distribution and manufacturing agreements and other various joint ventures and strategic collaborations) and M&A transactions.

In addition, Shahar represents venture capital funds and other investors in equity investment transactions mergers and acquisitions and other commercial collaborations.
