Adina Shapiro is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department, and specializes in the development of data centers.

Adina brings extensive experience in international transactions and has rich expertise in the field of data centers, digital infrastructure investments, and mergers and acquisitions in the technology sector.

Adina is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA) and is an active member of their international team for implementing artificial intelligence tools in legal practice.

Adina lectures at international conferences on topics including mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, artificial intelligence, and the strategic role of digital infrastructure.

Beyond her legal practice, Adina is very active in promoting diversity and inclusion in the legal community specifically and in society generally.

She is also involved in philanthropic initiatives focused on advancing employment opportunities for the Arab community and minority communities in Israel.

Additionally, Adina served as chairwoman of the Israeli Friends Association of the Israel Museum and as a director in the Donors Network and at the International YMCA Jerusalem.
