Danielle Dotan is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate and Hi-Tech Group.

Danielle advises clients in entrepreneurs, start-ups and mature companies in mergers and acquisitions, and day-to-day corporate matters.  In addition advises clients in connection with regulatory authorities, governmental support programs provided by the Israeli National Technology and Innovation Authority (formerly known as the Office of the Chief Scientist)
