Danna Martsiano is a partner in the Israeli Commercial Group.

Danna represents clients in acquisition and investment transactions in the local market, and regularly advises clients on a wide range of legal matters, including, in the fields of commercial and corporate law, joint ventures, partnerships, dispute management, and ongoing business operations.

In addition, Danna represents local natural gas distribution companies, advising them with respect to natural gas-related regulation, and represents them in their activities vis à vis the authorities and their consumers.
